FAQ's
Can I give you my spectacle prescription instead of my contact lens prescription? No. The spectacle and contact lenses prescription are slightly different. Your contact lens prescription will contain the power for both the left and right eyes, the base curve (BC) and the diameter (Dia). Most importantly, your contact lens prescription will also contain the manufacturer brand that was supplied to you by your contact lens practitioner. Eyesfront will only supply you with the same contact lenses authorised by your contact lens practitioner. Please note your contact lens prescription must be within the last 12 months.
How secure is it to send my credit/debit card details through? Eyesfront uses Worldpay to secure all transactions. Worldpay is a part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group so rest assured that your credit/debit card details are transferred through our secure processing system. Please note our site uses a secure server with secure sockets layer (SSL) technology.
What is the delivery time and cost? Your order will be dispatched the next working day and should be with you within two working days at no extra cost at all! If you place your order on the weekend or on a public holiday please allow extra time for delivery.
What is your return policy? Eyesfront endeavour to ensure all our customers are happy. However, if you do wish to obtain a refund (excluding postage and packaging costs) upon receiving the goods please email us at with your full name, address and contact number with your order number and state that you wish to obtain a refund. You must then return all the unused goods in question in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice (It is advisable that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office). Eyesfront will only process a refund if the goods are returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the order. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and the contact lenses boxes must be unopened.
As soon as we have received the goods we will credit the credit/debit card originally supplied. If we do not receive the goods within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods which at no point can the goods be refunded. |
